Check electrical box for tripped breakers

Remove all newspapers, flyers etc.

Photos Taken

Check batteries and charging system. Move vehicles upon request.

Thorough wash of all exterior surfaces.

Check and set timers on irrigation and lights

Exterior furniture covered/brought inside

Trash bins placed in garage

Fill and place water buckets

Ice-maker turned off

Check and set thermostat to preferred temperature

Secure and lock all windows and doors

All outside areas swept

Trash bins placed outside
